Hi,

The Company is y3k, a cctv component company, the sales number is: 0870 442 2020, technical support: 0870 365 4012. The address is: Unit 2, Valley Point, Beddington Farm Road, Croydon, Surrey. CR0 4WP. Their website address is: http://www.y3kvision.com.

Why I want their number? I keep having to call their "technical Support" line because the system I bought never came with was not detailed enough >:(, so I keep having to ring them & they give me a web address where I can download a file. More bits & bobs keep getting in the way of the system working properly & I really don't want to pay 0870 prices because they cant send me the right info first time round.

If anyone can help that would be great. :)

Using Applegate it shows the name Ian Mayo as being connected with the firm, along with Singh.
192 shows an Ian A Mayo in CR3 postcode. Probably the same man if you can get his number.

The address I posted in reply #1 seems to be the old address. The contact page on the website gives:

Unit 2
Valley Point
Beddington Farm Road
Croydon
Surrey
CR0 4WP

The new property has been aquired in the last year as it's listed on this page.

I've been unable to locate anything at the new address. If they've never published it, then we're not going to find it.
