According to 192.com, 12 Arrow Close is a newly-built semi, sold on August 5, 2002. The dialling code that this is in is 01295, which is Banbury.
Searching for ILS Ltd is a bit like looking for the preverbial needle in a haystack because its only a few letters. ILS' company number is 5323931, and googling that finds nothing either. I have found a website for ILS Ltd at http://www.international-laboratory-services.com/ ILS stands for International Laboratory Systems and its address is: ILS Ltd Shardlow Business Park London Road Shardlow Derbyshire DE72 2GD Telephone:+44 (0)1332 793000 Fax:+44 (0)1332 799044 / 792010 A search of ILS' website for the word Skycaddie reveals nothing. ILS deals in the food and pharmaceutical industries, so what is its connection with the Skycaddie distribution company? :-/ On the contact page it shows a map with Derby, Birmingham and London labelled. No address for London or Birmingham offices though. |

Dave, I don't understand, all I want is a geographical number for SkyCaddie, so where this earlier gentleman is coming from I do not know. I did receive a SkyCaddie from somewhere, and it does what it says on the tin: I just wantot know where to call if something goes wrong. |

Obviously it was not as self explanatory as most would have perceived.
Skycaddie is sold by Internet Leisure Services Ltd, proof at the address shown. A look at Companies House using the business registation number offered reveals the Lincolshire address given. Going to 192 to find if other businesses are at the same address, with a view to narrowing the number range down, shows it to be a PRIVATE residence. Not one of the firms, or the address, seems to have a valid number other than ILS (Skycaddie) which as you know is 0870.But this address is probably just one person acting as a UK main supplier/importer. If we were able to locate the name of the individual at that address then perhaps we could offer you their details if available, after all, the company is run from that address so we are only ringing the company. As regards "I did receive a SkyCaddie from somewhere" why not relocate that somewhere or someone, assuming the source was legitimate (ABSOLUTELY NO DISREPECT INTENDED) then you should be able to get some comeback from them. If it was a gift, then ask where it came from. Googling Skycaddie shows several sources other than the obvious one, but these are all suppliers. |

:-/
Thank you for all the help. It does appear that getting an alternative for some 0870 numbers is virtually impossible, or made so difficult that it ends up better just to 'go with 0870!'. I'll search the websites and contact their sales, for which there are addresses/website. If, in the course of this, I find a geographical number then I'll get back to this website. Thanks again. |

Putting the postcode LN1 3LW into 192.com business search reveals several companies at 157-159 Burton Road. The following have numbers (apparently at that address):
