NGN: 0800 279 6979

I need the Geographical number for this 0800 number, It is a field agent helpline for enquiries when you are out and about, but there is no point having an 0800 number when most ppl will call from a mobile

192.com says the following but this is only for the main switchboard and not the geo number for the 0800

I also do mystery shopping for them, and I find that on the shopping instructions, there's usually a direct line via an 01865 number for person in charge of the project.

Of course, the London number, followed by the freephone number will also work.

is there a way to avoid the dreaded voicemail on the 0800 number???

I have only really called the 0800 number about once or twice, and both of them, were from home.

I was able to get through to someone last time around, and my query was just passed to the person who deals with the project, and I was called back.

It might be an idea to watch out for the e-mails they send now and again, asking for people who fit certain criteria.  They usually include an 01865 number, which is a direct line to the project manager, however since it's a direct line, when they're not in the office, there's more chance of voicemail.

By the way, do you work for any other mystery shopping companies?  I do work for a few others as well.
