I've just noticed the following on the Titan Travel web site in respect of Titan HiTours :-

New Low Call Telephone Numbers
To continue to improve our service to our clients, we have changed all our telephone numbers to a system with new Low Call numbers beginning with 0845. Unlike many other operators who ask you to call them on “premium rate” telephone numbers, our new numbers are all charged at a low call rate for all domestic calls, which is normally the same cost as a local area call.

The new number for general enquiries is 0845 375 0150 as against the old number 01293 455 345 .

The scam is multiplying !!

Well at least they do actually state it's lo-call (BT's wording as other communication providers generally still use the 'local rate' speil).

They're right about many other operators have 0870.

What was their previous number? Was it actually a geographical number or an 0870?

Give me a chance and I might be able to get some numbers.
One of their staff is a customer of mine, but he's off at the moment.
Titan are part of a major group, if I recall my last conversation correctly,as such, there may be a series of numbers for the group.
Just have to wait until he comes back, which will be soon.

Not much of a recommendation as he didn't use his own company for the airport transfer or holiday.
