Ths 01432 number Heinz has found is listed alongside the 0870 you quote, as is 0800 0132910. There is a note to say that this is "Insulation".

Please come back and say what you tried and whether it works. :)

Have tried 01432 270 650 and it works fine. Thank you very much. This number relates to the Insulation division based at Enery House, Hereford. They are quite a big company in the world of insulation.

Numbers for Domestic & General Insulation Ltd are available on BT Phone Book for Hereford, Worcester and Bridgend offices. I can't find a number for Telford.

All the geographicals go through to the same message. There are also freephone numbers that have the same message on: 0800 0132910, 0800 0132920, 0800 0132930 and 0800 0132940. Note the pattern. From the few I tried, they don't have numbers inbetween. Maybe they all go through to the same office or maybe each is for a different office.
