i have recentley sent off a FOI request to freedom2surf on the 20th november. how long do they have to respond, is it 20 working days, or 20 days including weekends?

Answer is here: 20 working days

But Freedom of Information Act does not apply to Freedom2Surf because it is a private company !!

Thus they might not reply to you at all; or (if you're lucky) they may do telling you that it does not apply.

What's up with the 01727 811530 number in the database?

Ah right, I see tech support menu option gives 0870 (0871?) number. :-X

The thread in the requests section for Freedom2Surf is here. Please continue this discussion there.

Other numbers for F2S may be 01727 8115xx or it may go through to Pipex, as it is mentioned on that other thread that it is now part of Pipex.
