they have 4 establishments in the UK and all four have geographic numbers listed here: http://www.foodpartners.co.uk/contact/.

Although they give non-geographic (0845) numbers for sales and the helpline, I would suggest you try one of their geographic numbers. May be they will connect you since I suspect your enquiry is likely to do with buying from them.
