I'd love to get the geoghraphical number for this service. It is supposed to be free support but you pay a bomb to call them >:( on their 0845 number:

0845 601 7582.

Anyone know how to get through to them for a normal charge?

Cannot find this on Google.

Changing internet service provider to www.idnet.co.uk who offer 0800 numbers for all customer contact as well as regularly getting top customer ratings for broadband speed and quality of customer support at www.dslzoneuk.net would probably be the best way to deal with this kind of problem.
