The MSE International CallChecker states that www.0844calls.co.uk is currently the cheapest at 4p/min (from a BT landline - other networks may charge more).

The access telephone number is 0844 428 25 25. Note that this is a 'superdeal' which gives the impression it's an offer so it may stop.
