Suggest you phone them and ask for the number of the branch in the Peel Centre

Otherwise you can phone their Head Office in Leicester on freephone number 080009369361, tell customer services that you cannot dial 0870 numbers for whatever reason (e.g. because you are abroad) and they will put you through.

thanks for number Ive tried it no answer may be too busy this morning so I rang customer service and they were able to deal with my querry.
