Many electrical items bought from John Lewis are covered by an additional 2nd year guarantee without extra charge. Bravo John Lewis. However only 2 cheers because the contact point for claims is 0870 010 7887.

The guarantee scheme is run by Affinity Practice, Marsh Ltd of PO Box 7298, Witham, CM8 2WT

The JL Partnership is one of the most ethical and customer friendly retailers. It is sad that they have anything to do with 08xx numbers.

PS: I don't need a geo for this number yet, it's a "just in case" for the future.
