Does anyone know the landline number for the Wales Millenium Centre in Cardiff Bay. They use the 08700402000 number and keep people waiting foe ages trying to book seats!

A quick look on 192.com (once I got the post code for the Millennium Centre off their website) showed it as the top entry listed - more details here. The site offers the number 029 2063 6400.

The menu structure of the 0870 040 2000 number is as follows:

Option 1: English options:

  1. Details of forthcoming events
  2. Book tickets & other enquiries [directs to 029 20636437/9]
  3. Millenium Guild Members
  4. Group sales [directs to 029 20636434/5]

I presume that the Welsh speaking one is the same.

Direct numbers at the Centre of the form 029 206364xx are:

36 Welsh speaking, then goes to hold music
37 Ticket & information line
38 Welsh speaking, then goes to hold music

I presume that the two Welsh speaking ones above, 36 and 38, are the ticket and information lines and I have listed them as such. I haven't found an alternative for option 1 which gives recorded details up upcoming events. It may be that it does not go through to one of the Centre's lines.

Some I cannot work out what it says so I have put unknown. I would be grateful if anyone could advise what the recording is saying and what the 08 number is published for these numbers.
