I bought 2 of their products, from stores, both faulty, the store had none to exhange, but the tech support line is £1 a minute! the item in the sale was only £3!

Even their sales line is 0845 and their geographical office number for enquiries is never answered.

Just managed to get though to tech support and they were unhelpful, saying my warranty wasnt with them, it was with the store, and it must be my console to fault, even though neither disc worked on the GC or Wii, I did notice on one disc there was a minor (very minor you had to squint close to see it) crack under the plastic layer.

But the other ones theres no excuse.
