...which gives a geographical fax number and a Leeds address, so I assume it's the same company you are referring to. You know it's in Leeds, but do you have an address?  :-?

This is the same site that crabtree has posted the registration information for.

Put the fax number into Google, as in the following (click them): "0113 2095600" and "0113 209 5600"

There are several other businesses sharing the same fax machine/number. Other businesses have 0113 2095xxx numbers at the same address (see Google search here), so I assume that Gloss Creative Recruitment will be the same.

I've just thought: try dialling the 0870 number out of hours. Hopefully it will go to voicemail eventually. Sometimes you get the call answered with the extension number, eg "The person at extension 5123 is unavailable, please leave a message..." If it answers like this, then you have the extension number which will probably fit onto the end of 0113 2095xxx.  ;)

That website shows, as expected, a Leeds address:

One of the hits a Google search for that fax number (differently spaced as 0113 209 5600) is THIS - which is clearly a different company name.  

However, as can be seen at the end of page 3, the address is the same:
Alun Davies, Rockliffe, 1a Tower Square, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4HZ
Tel: 0113 209 5544 Fax: 0113 209 5600

So, different company name but the same address, same fax number but a different telephone number.

0113 209 5544 - worth a try!

One thing to note is that this is a Regus building.

If you look at the fax number, it is the same as the one for Gloss.
It is also the same for Rhetoric Political Planning Advisors in the same building. But their number is 0113 209 5770
So as a start, it looks like the number will start 0113 209 5***

Regus are known to offer out of the box office solutions, including 0870 numbers.
Looking at the various firms in different Regus buildings, it ALMOST appears to be an obligation to accept the number.
IF that is the case, Gloss might not know the number, or it might not be listed outside of the Regus control
