Is this the number you call to reserve an item at your local branch? If so, have you tried calling your local branch?  ::)

the numer for the local store doesnt provide the facility to reserve items. Its a direct line to the store.

So the staff won't redirect you or reserve your item? Can you not reserve online?

IIRC when I've been verifying these numbers, some geographical store numbers answer with an automated message that gives out the store's number which is needed for this service.
