Please could you give any more details including the address etc even their non geo number.  The more info that we have, the better the chance that we have in trying to find out the geo number.

What is the 0845/0870 number? What does the "planning department" do?

The database contains two British Gas switchboard numbers which are given as alternatives for various numbers/departments.

Hi guys i realise i havent been to forthcoming with info so far! The thing is BG have remained very tight-lipped about it. I don't know the 0845/0870 even if it exists because customers arent supposed to be able to reach this dept - it is strictly for staff. The reason i want it is coz when u ring customer services they always say 'planning dept will ring you back.' Yeah right! I believed that the first 5 times, now its getting beyond a joke!!

Im sure some genius has got it - pls let us in on the secret!! p.s. i got a good number for a very good customer relations manager called Julie - she can hook things up if BG mess you around (very likely). the number i got is 0121 511 8985 (between 10am to 6pm Mon-Fri). Thanks again guys
