Title: My Freetime Club Post by Ferratta on Feb 17th, 2007 at 9:40am
This is a club that offers discounts on holidays eating out etc but all bookings must be over the phone. I paid out a lot of money before I realised what 0870 means to my bill . Last 2 times I contacted them they kept me waiting an hour each time before I gave up.
The only number I have for them is 0870 890 2830 Any help appreciated Ferratta |

The PO box on their address, is just that. It redirects the mail back to London
My Freetime Club website is owned by TLC Marketing PLC A quick google http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=tlc+marketing+plc%22&btnG=Google+Search&meta=&aq=t and item 6 gives www.tlcmarketing.com Contact Sharon Gold Telephone 44 (0) 20 7258 8605 Their website ofers Address: 54 Baker Street, London, W1U 7BU Phone: +44 (0)20 7487 5155 Fax: +44 (0)20 7487 5105 They seem to be heavily involved with incentive travel marketing for many firms. Ie, your ISP offers you a free holiday for being with them for 6 months, as long as you fulfil X requirement. This is likely to be dealt with by TLC |

Do try the London number by all means but according to their Terms and Conditions "they" are:
Dragonfly Marketing Ltd., Princess House, Princess Street, Swansea SA1 3LW I tried but failed to get a geog number for this name and address. May be others with more tools at their fingertips can help. TLC Marketing is the same organisation as My Freetime Club and Dragonfly. |

Do you have any other numbers such as fax for this company?
I have followed the Swansea lead. Entering the post code into 192.com reveals many businesses at Princess House, including Ace Marketing Ltd. There is also an entry for Privess House Business Centre, tel 01792 482482 A Google of Princess House Business Centre reveals that it is Longford Business Centre. Information about it on the Longford website here. You could try the above number and see if they will put you through. Or they may provide you with another 01792 (or 0870) for you to call. Some numbers at Princess House do begin 01792 482xxx, but then others don't. But the website says that they provide telephone systems, so surely they have a whole block of numbers for the building. :-/ One other line to pursue are the 0870 numbers (ringing them I mean). Yes, yes, I know, but sometimes they yield a clue that helps us find an alternative. The two quoted on the website are 0870 890 2830 and 0870 890 3688. In an office environment where there are many extensions and you can dial them directly from outside (known as direct dialling in or DDI) voicemail services exist that quote the extension number, that is if the user hasn't recorded their own message. So ringing the 0870s whilst they are closed could yield the extension numbers, and then it's just a case of working out what prefix to get the outside number. |
