Can anyone provide a geo for West Bromwich Mortgage company ltd (not the Building society)?

I've tried some of the numbers in the database for West Brom Building Society but they're not the right people.

That one is a fax number (got an earful of screech! ;-))
I did a general search of that number though and came across a page which identified it as a fax, but also included 0121 525 7070. I called and was greeted by someone who did not announce the company name, so I bluffed it and was then asked for the first 2 digits of my mortgage account number. I was then put in a hold queue which sounded suspiciously like the queue for the building society (same music, messages). However I gave up waiting after 15 minutes. I'll try it again tomorrow.
