I have read the guide and have done a search on the company in question but have found nothing. Details:

They provide a great service of faxing documents online and giving you a fax number to receive faxes which are forwarded to your email account. They also offer a 30 day free trial. However, in order to cancel you have to call them (not email or online) and they tell me they have no alternative to the 0870 number which, of course, is not true. It appears they are making money from people that want to cancel or anyone that just needs help... in addition to their monthly fee.  >:(

A postcode search on 192.com gives 0845 458 2845 not geographic but cheaper than the 0870 number. :-/

I use eFax too. If you have cheap international calls, you may like to try calling the Republic of Ireland Number:

00 353 1 656 4910

It's a Dublin number. I generally find it's cheaper than the 0870, and it goes through to the same call centre.

Thanks for the replies. After a lot of unnecessary email exchanges, they cancelled my account via email rather than give up their number  Probably cost them more in man hours than if they'd have give me the number in the first place. Plus I'll never use them again now.  ::)
