A bit more information might have been helpful, but I've found the entry to which you refer.

A 192.com of UGD Ltd (Britannia is just a trading arm) gives 020 8910 6098, but since this is very similar to the database entry I assume it won't work. Checking the BClub.co.uk website seems to suggest they've changed all their numbers (they are now all 0871 numbers, not 0870). Unfortunately, 192.com does not bring up any entries for their post code (JE4 0QW).

A Google of "britannia 01534" brings up 01534 489 462, but the address is different to that listed on their website. Again, they may have moved, hence the number change, but might be worth a try.

The number that is referred to in the OP is a switchboard number: 0208 9106000

I note they give 0871 numbers now, so a complete rip-off.

They also run http://www.musicandfilm.co.uk/ Indeed, a Google of ugdj ltd reveals another thread on here for Music & Film which I've now joined this to.

UGDJ Ltd also operates DD Home Entertainment (http://www.ddhe.co.uk/) and a Jersey PO Box is given. The two numbers in the database for DD are 01829 741490 and 01829 741711 are "temporarily out of order". Perhaps UGDJ have bought these companies.  :-/
