The CPW store locator finds only one branch on Broadmead:

Is the one at 2a a new shop?

Some websites have 0117 954 4882 as a fax for 2a Broadmead. Also telephone 0117 927 3892.

These results have been found through Googling carphone "bs1 2dl" 0117.

Please come back and say what it works and what doesn't.

That number doesnt answer, however phoning the switchboard on tel +44 (0)20 8896 5000 will allow you to ask an operator to forward your call....

Which one? Are you referring to 0117 927 3892? Perhaps it is the same number that the 0870 routes to then.

You could always try the fax as it may be a non-fax line.
