I need a geographical number for 0870 336 6095 - Passenger Focus, who are supposed to look into complaints about train services. I have an ongoing dispute with a particular train company, costing me a lot of postage and stationery and I resent having to use costly 0870 numbers as well.

I also agree about doctors' surgeries.

The 0870 336 6095 quoted refers to Stakeholder Enquiries in Manchester so the 'point at' number will start 0161 (probably 0161 244 like the fax number).
