When adding a new alternative number, I see that 090  is not listed.  I wanted to list an alterntive for Excel Parking Services Ltd number 090 6302 0211 (50p/min). It is 0114 267 8008. Is this facility not on this site?  ::)

Raises the question do 09 numbers terminate on a geo number? Not that I ever use 09 numbers (barred on my phone) but would be interested to know.

Just use the 'add' form like normal and put the 090 in the box for 0870 / 0871.

Technically speaking, 09 numbers work in the same way to 08 numbers, so yes, they may well have 01/02 numbers underneath them.
