Hi. Anyone got a geographic for Appliance Deals / 0870 9001 633 (company is one of many appliance companies, including Boots, serviced by DRL). Thanks.

Sadly, the number given on this site, 0800 9150004, now gets you an operator who refuses to put you through, and will only offer the 0870 number.

The direct number for Appliance Deals and other DRL operated outlets are now in the database. ;)

Lisa McKenna is "customer service champion" and her number is 01204 672514. So too is Claire Hanson 01204 672519.

01204 672901 answers as something ("Sat"?) Electrical, but I can't distinguish what it is.

01204 672701 answers as "DRL".

I can confirm the Unverified number for Boots Kitchen Appliances (01204 672903) is correct. I have just used it to contact Customer Services.

Boots Kitchen Appliances is operated by DRL Ltd, which also runs a number of other online stores.

Most have moved from 0871 to 0844 and there were verified entries with alternatives for them. I've now added 0844 numbers to the verified entries and removed the unverifieds.

Interestingly, Appliances Online now uses a 0800 number (0800 032 3249) having previously used a 0871 number.
