I have a request, does anyone have a non geographicl number for Samuels the jewelers head office? I have a non geographical number for the store in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, but they won't, ahemm Can't ?? put me through. If anyone wants that number it is 0161 747 5691

I gather you are looking for an alternative to the number on the contact page given on the website? That is 0845 609 2000.

It looks like the customer services are based at the Hockley address.

Putting the B19 1DS post code into 192.com business search reveals entries for Ernst Jones (another Signet trading name), "H Samuel Warehouse", Signet Trading Ltd and Signet Group Plc.

Some don't have any telephone/fax numbers by them. Fax for Ernst & Jones is 0121 6977913.

The Signet contact page lists 0870 numbers and the 0121 fax number I mentioned above.

Googling reveals other numbers for Signet are 0121 697 7***.

Thanks for that Dave, i googled and found the number you reffered to. I also found a couple of othewr numbers, such as the name and number of the company secretary.

I assume you by the fact you had put * for part of the number, it is not allowed to display numbers in the forum, so if you would like these other numbers, how can i advise you of them.

You can post numbers on here if you want.

The reason for the ***s is because several numbers begin with the same few digits which suggest to me that they have a block of numbers. These numbers will relate to the internal extension numbers, known as direct dialling in (or DDI).

For example, let's assume that they have four-digit extension numbers and extension 7123 can be called using 0121 697 7123

The company secretary for signet is Mark Jenkins 020 7317 9700, which is also the same number for Investor Relations (Tim Jackson)

I suspect this is a switchboard number, hence the reason why the same number is given for different people. It also ends 00, so numbers in that office will probably follow on.

I've found some of Signet numbers, which I've added to the database. Search for signet group and they will come up.  ;)

The best number at the moment is 0121 6977920. This is Signet's customer services.

0121 6977988 also answers "customer services", but no clue as to what it pertains to.

0121 6977895, 7898, 7900 and 7989 says that they are closed and should call back later.

Does anyone have a geographical number please for H Samuel's Customer Services instead of 0845 609 2000?
