I am still having problems accessing you to give alternative numbers and the same difficulties apply to 'contact us'.

AXA PPP Lifetime Care.  There is an adviser line which is a lo-call number 0845 303 0430, another one which is a Customer Help Desk 0845 777 7543 but there is also a freephone number called Care and Support Line; you will be given options to press but I guess they could be ignored.  You will not have to wait long. The freephone  number is 0800 545 000 and whoever you speak with will be able to assist.  The Fax line is 0117 989 0203.

As a pre-existing customer, I chose not to use the Customer Help Desk and I used the freephone number without any problems.

Assuming you mean you're having difficulties adding alternative numbers then could you possibly tell us what (if any) error message you're getting?

Yes there is an error message  :(  something about http// etc being denied.  I'll go through the process again and get the exact message for you.

Message as follows;

'An error has ocurred while trying to access the 'add new alternative number page'

Then I am invited to click 'here' to try again - same message re-arises.

Message in red lettering: Disallowed HTTP ('http://www.saynoto0870.co.uk/search.php')

I'm not sure what's happening as your url is in my favourites and my bookmarks.  I have had no problems with the url till recently.

menhir, as per the other thread, you are visiting the site from the saynoto0870.co.uk rather than saynoto0870.com address.

There is a problem at present whereby you cannot add numbers via .co.uk, so change it to .com and it will work.  ;)
