Hello, tefl.com has an 0709 number which is provided by Yak ltd.
The full number is 0709 2165424. The Fax number is 0207 691 7074 which is a London number though the company address is 72 Pentyla Baglan Road Port Talbot SA12 8AD.

Not the most expensive 070 number group!

But a lot more expensive than 0870 numbers.

070921 numbers are charged (from a BT landline) at 37½p/minute peak, 25p/minute evenings and 12½p/minute weekends.

Interesting that the 020 7691 7074 number is shown in THIS DOCUMENT as 'Voicemal', not fax.
