Hi there

Does anyone know if there is a geographical number for softuk.com customer services?

I bought something which they're not delivering. They don't answer emails. They do answer their 0870 8509124 number, but then say they'll call me back and then don't and I have to keep calling, so gradually paying for product again.

A check of 192.com for businesses at that address reveals almost 200 and probably more.

The Internet Archive shows nothing except that the domain was for sale back in 2004.

Whois softuk.com gives the New Bond Street address with the 0870 number for contact.

I think we can safely say that the New Bond Street address is only a mailing address for unscrupulous firms who are trying to impress by having a London address.
Bet there's a couple of paving and tarmac firms there with irish accents.
