On the site there's various numbers for the branches of BCA, but when trying those I get put through to people who explain they're different from the Collectors Editions branch and can't transfer - the only option is the following number:

0870 165 0202

Their postal address as given is : BCA Collector's Editions, PO Box 3055, Swindon, SN25 5WZ.

They've decided to subscribe my other half, and when attempting to call them to get this sorted in the end I resorted to their email address (and pointing out that under the Unsolicited Goods and Services act, the books were ours to keep free  :) ).

I think we've got our end sorted, but this isn't the first time they've tried this with us, so this is more of a public service request to get the additional number added to the site so others can cheerfully say thanks for the free books  :)
