International (geographical) numbers for HMRC offices are here.

I suggest you withhold your number with 141 if you don't do automatically.

Please supply information you have when you post a request. People one here are not psychic and they don't go calling 084/087 numbers to find out what they are. I have no idea where your local tax office is and I am not spending time searching for it because you have not provided this vital clue.

0845 366 7899 is the helpline number for the HMRC Construction Industry Scheme which deals with contractors' payments to their to their subcontractors taking account of the subcontractors' tax status.

It is probably a centralised office.  To attempt to find out the underlying geog number would necessitate knowing their location but this is not given by the HMRC (at least I coud not find it).
