They are based in Manchester, cant seem to find any alternative numbers so far!

Have a look in their website - www.easykard.co.uk (this site's red text recommends posting such details anyway), which gives their geographic and PO Box details.
And then the BT DQ site gives:
"Easykard Tel: 0161 8774830 Units 5.8 & 5.9,The Empress Bsns Cntr Chester Rd, M16 9EA"

Please let us know whether it works and then please post the details in the site for others.
