By the looks of it you would need to use the full number if dialing from UK, otherwise where the heck is 0101?

020 0101 1XXX etc is London Full National Dialling - and 1105 works with a friendly twenty-four hour information line.

It's a "national dialling only" number and is discussed in this thread. They are (supposedly) allocated where people won't call them such as to route to 08xx numbers. This one can be called from a BT line, although I believe not all can be.

I have added these numbers to the database.
