Kleeneze has now moved to Accrington, therefore the old geograpical number is no longer working and we need to use the 0870 333 6688 number which is obviously costing money, particularly from a mobile.

Can anyone help me to find the new number? PLEASE

• The St Ivel Way, Bristol address is on Kleeneze's contact page which is also given on the existing Kleeneze thread here. It suggests that the "service centre" is different from head office. So what are the addresses for both head office and service centre?

Putting the post code into Google, see here, finds quite a few pages. A glance at the pages of results in Google gives many that have a mail order theme to them, so probably connected.

At the bottom of this page is the Accrington Kleeneze address with 0870 phone number and fax 01254 303102.

Other results mention Express Gifts, including on Studio Catalogue's contact page. There are some 01254 numbers in the database for "Studio Cards (Express Gifts)".

Findel Plc have connections with this address. They also have a bought Kleeneze, see here:

A quick 192.com reveals this number - *Number removed*. It is not located at the same location as the service centre, but is called "Kleeneze (Europe) Ltd" so likely to be their switchboard. They might put you through.

Thanks for your help, but that number is for a private residential address where a Kleeneze distributor lives. Many distributors advertise with reference to Kleeneze. I would be interested to see that listing where you found the number. That guy is going to get lots of calls now I should think  ;D

I have been using the old geographical number for some time. However, as the company has moved they obviously have had to change their geographical number but kept the 0870 number for obvious reasons.

How does someone go about finding this number? Other than asking the company which I know they will not do.

Well it's good to know it's not connected to Farepak!

The answer to the question is to use the information we have and other connections like that to Findel. If you have phone and fax numbers, then you must post them.

If you have several numbers, perhaps employees' direct numbers, then that would be a real help. Quite often you find that the underlying number(s) for 08xx numbers are part of a block of numbers that are used for direct dialling in purposes.

As I said originally, post all information you have!

My apologies with that number - apart from the different address, it wasn't obvious they were a private distributor...

There are now two numbers in the database for Kleeneze that answer with the same menu. The 0117 fax number has now been removed as it appears to be a residential number. The 0117 9750350 switchboard number rings once and cuts off at the moment, so I've removed it from the database. I suspect that the 01254 number is the proper one and that the 0117 just diverts to it.

Other automated Kleeneze numbers are nearby to the 01254 one.  ;)

The geographical telephone number for Kleeneze service cemter has reverted to the original number of 01179750200 which appears to working for now

I have found a Geographic contact number for Kleeneze...

I am not 100% sure if it's a direct alternative to the 0844 number as I have not called it... but I can try it later from my GiffGaff mobile (when I have signal), as they only charge 12p per min.. (and it will only take under a min to check)... However here is the info:

To confirm the BOLD number works, and you select option 2.

Don't apologise for returning to an old thread - the purpose of this forum section is to amass information and evidence on numbers offered as alternatives.

I have promoted the quoted entry to the verified listings and removed a load of entries pertaining to Kleeneze, which I believe related to one or more distributors.

The above numbers answer with exactly the same options. One other unverified entry remains which apparently gives the switchboard number as 01254 872323.

I know a bit about Kleeneze. No i dont do the catalogues lol. :)

I can confirm that 01254 304171 is the alternative number to the 0844 one of the Kleeneze  service centre used by both customers and distributors alike. Many distributors are aware of it already.

Interesting to see that when the true costs of running a non-geographic number are revealed, and the company has to pay them, they suddenly decide they don't need a non-geographic telephone number after all.
