A Google of "66 queen" "TQ12 2ER" reveals a load of hits that show Hill House Hammond at that address, tel: 01626 367380 Unfortunately this number is not recognised.

A search of the Saynoto0870 forums for "towergate" returns just one thread, other than this one. It is this one which is entitled "Hill House Hammond" and there is talk that Hill House Hammond went out of business and was bought by Towergate.

If you visit www.hillhousehammond.co.uk you are forwarded to Towergate's website.

Amending the Google search to not return the above 01626 number reveals a phone number and fax. Search for "66 queen" "TQ12 2ER" 01626 -"01626 367380" brings up this page on Folgate Partnership. If you go to Folgate's website, www.folgate.co.uk, it also forwards to Towergate's homepage. So they are all connected. From this page it gives:
