Has anyone got the extension number for customer services at this place as the number registered doesn't get through.

This number gives a network announcement redirecting to the rip-off number. I have removed the entry recently submitted with this number.

My BT Phone Book Companion shows 01844 29 to be Haddenham, Aylesbury and 01296 to be Aylesbury. Currently there are two entries for Hozelock:

Hozelock       0870 8501959             01296 317400             Aylesbury office switchboard

AnnaB, have you tried both? Both may well be switchboard/reception, so you will have to ask for customer services.

The question is have they moved from the Thame Road, Haddenham address (with 01844 number) to another address (where the 01296 number goes to)? If so, then the two locations are fairly close to one another.

A search for 'hozelock' in Aylesbury on BT Phone Book reveals:

So assuming that customer services is still based at Aylesbury, then I think you will be best off trying this number.

0121 3134242 answers as “Hozelock at Mid Point Park” and asks you to enter 1 if you know the extension of the person you want, or to hold if you don’t

01296 31700, answered as “mail box at Mid Point Park reception” and suggests if calling outside office hours and your call is urgent to ring, 0121 3134244

I have tried these numbers out of hours so never got to speak to any one, office hours are:
Mon-Thurs  0800-1645
Fri -             0800-1545
