A Google of the 0845 number AVNM has found in the .com whois with spaces in various places returns quite a few results. Have a look at 08452026500, "0845 2026500" and "0845 202 6500".

Most/all refer to www.memorybits.co.uk who's address is given on the website as:

Whois memorybits.co.uk shows it registered at the Cromwell Way address, with no name given as the registrant, just "memorybits.co.uk".

192.com lists Memory Bits with 0845 phone and fax numbers. Its address is given as:

Googling "memory bits" 01772 yields nothing apart from the 0845 number.
