Needing to call Homebase, Ashdon Road, Saffron Walden, I discovered that the no in the directory was shown as 0845 6407643 which, obviously, I would not use and that there was no alternative on the database.   I checked my old (2001) directory and found 01799 513904 which worked when I tried it so could this please be added to the verified list.   The reason I posted like this is to make the point that it is worth keeping the odd old directory as sometimes the underlying geo no remains the same when an NGN is introduced as this is not the only success I have had from this source.
