Have you tried dialling 151 (if you have a Virgin Media telephone)?
Also, the database lists 0161 2835511 as a sales number, and that they might redirect you to the required department.
The closest you might also get to the 090 number is an 0845 for broadband support - 0845 0451118.

All these were in the database (all unconfirmed) so if any of them work, please post back to let us know.

That new number is not valid until July, so you can guarantee all staff will have been trained by then not to put calls through.
Poor Richard obviously isn't making enough at the moment.
