I would like to get some assistance in tracking down a geographical number. I call Batchworth up regularly to check on invoices get put on hold and the run around. Being put on hold is the most frustrating. :(

Presumably they have moved to 0845 so as to avoid incoming call charges when 0870 is changed to 01/02 rates. That way they can also continue to charge above the price of an 01/02 call. I would stop doing business with them.
