Firstly, the website shows it could be german, and the complaints section is in france. Oh yes, and the UK address is a PO Box!

Like many companies based outside UK but within Europe, they have chosen an 08xx number which just transfers the calls to the appropriate European exchange. They say it covers the extra cost of having UK English speaking access but we all know different, don't we !?

I'm afraid that the chances of finding an geographic alternative is Slim to None !!   :-/

The best chance you have is to find their European number & call it using 1899 or other overseas carrier. Chances are that you may have problems with the language so be prepared for it !!

Seriously though there is a good chance that you may find an English speaking person when you call, perhap more so in Holland than in France.

The French number is the geographic equivalent of the premium rate number in the preceding post.

Look for cheap 0844 access numbers (down to ½p/min) on Martin Lewis's site http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/index.php

I am trying to contact Bon Prix P.O. Box 1197 Liverpool L69 3NS as I want to find out why they are charging me for items which I have not had.
I'm not sure if I am contacting you properly but do hope that I do not offend by this request.

Looking at their web site http://www.bonprixservice.de/uk/kontakt.html it looks like to me that it is a French firm with an office in Liverpool. Especially as they say any complaints write to the French address. Have looked to find a geo. number without success. May be it is worth trying to find the telephone number for the French address?

Looks like they use a similar revenue-generating number in France too (0892 = €0.34/min.).

We have covered Bonprix on a number of occasions, and I have joined your posting to that existing thread. Look above and provide any feedback here on any numbers you try.

I phoned OttO (UK) and was put through to a BIN COMPANY which is based in Leicester 01530277900. Still, had a lovely chat with the assistant -quite a laugh really as I was discussing underclothes which, I had ordered from Bonprix, with her at which point she told me that I was on to a Bin Company!!

I need to speak to someone from Bon Prix urgently re an online order.
Their website offers 0871 384 1004 > I need a geo number or free phone number.  >:(
I have read through the above posts, and rung the various numbers with no luck at all.

Now Google for pages which mention that PO Box: "po box 3856" s96

The results point to it belonging to Grattan. Search for this company in the database and the first entry that pops up is a Sheffield one: 0114 263 7077 There are even some freephone numbers.
