The Abbey Business Banking site (anbusiness.com) seems to suggest you can use + 44 1908 237968 for abroad access to business banking.

they also give +44 141 275 8800 as the fax contact number from abroad.

This ties in with what I suggested for their switchboard: 0141 275 8000

I tested the fax out last night, and +44 141 275 8800 is not the same fax as I normally send to. As the user ID is 0141 2758800, normally when I send a fax the user ID is ABBEY/SPUK/SMA

I suppose if it is in the same building, my fax will be delivered to the right department?

suggest you phone 0141 275 8000 and ask if they received your fax sent to 0141 275 8800

I have just called this number and it is no longer linked to Abbey.

01908 237968 did get me through to Abbey Business Banking!
