The STD code doesn't tie up (it's for Brighton) but http://www.csma.uk.com/contact/ shows:

A postcode check on CV35 0JA isn't much help either (unless you recognise one of the firm's names):

You'll probably find that it is Advanced Fulfilment Services that you are after.
Ie, the magazine is printed, or product manufactured, it is then delivered in bulk to AFS, who then mailshot it as part of their fulfilment service.
Several other firms offer a similar service.

If so, 192.com finds (although it won't find anything if you put a D on the end of the first word of the firm's name as the Royal Mail Postcode Checker site does in its response)):

I doubt they're who you need though - they probably just distribute the magazine, not items advertised for sale within it.

Googling 0870 011 7 turns up a number of firms who sell consumer products. Can you give us a clue what the product is you are returning?
