:-/Trying to locate Koralle UK.  I have been given 2 contact numbers: 08700130733 and 0870505551.  Koralle is a German shower enclosure company but I believe that it is part of a Finnish Group called SANITEC.  I have not been able to find a UK address for either Koralle or SANITEC.

Koralle is part of Sanitec. Sanitec's head office is in Helsinki, tel +358 10 662 500.

There appears to be no UK office, so perhaps the 0870 numbers are routed directly to Germany or elsewhere. So perhaps a call to Koralle's office in Germany which is given on the website as +49 (0) 57 33 – 14 0 and Fax: +49 (0) 57 33 – 14 295 . The telephone number looks a bit short to me, looking at the length of the fax number and the fact that the area code for Vlotho is 05733, this makes the local number only 2 digits!

BTW, the 0870505551 you quote in your OP is 1 digit too short. What should the number be?

Using the information that the UK company is Twyford Bathrooms, I called them on 01270 879777 and they were the correct people and I have successfully ordered a part.  So the geographic number for 0870 0130 733 is 01270 879777.

With regard to the other number being a digit short, that is the number given me and I have gone back to that company and asked them to re-check.
