Hats off to Braun Oral B (part of American giant Procter & Gamble).

My Braun Oral B electric toothbrush recently failed after only 3 years and as a result of couple of calls to their prominently advertised 0800 customer service number (on all their information leaflets) I received £17 in vouchers towards a new one.

Happily I was then able to pick up another Professional Solo 7000 model (still being made 3 years later) in a short lived genuine half price deal from Boots high street stores for £21.33 (way cheaper than the product was available anywhere else on line).  So a new electric toothbrush for only £4.33 or about £1.83 after one deducts the free brushhead that comes with it worth about £2.50.

Hats off to Procter & Gamble as one of only a small number of large American companies allowing their British subsidiary to offer the same form of decent and free of charge telephone customer service as they offer back home in the USA. [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=dankk2.gif]
