I wondered if someone could find the geographic number for the following please :  
Southern Electric Power Distribution - 0870 9050806

For each area of the country one electricity supplier holds MPAS numbers for all electricity meters in that region. (i am interested in the South East)

You need the MPAS number if you want to move electricity suppliers or find out who supplies your electricity when you move into a new home.
I have called Southern Electric on their geographic number but they say that the MPAS part of the company is not strictly their company and they cant forward me.
