Hi, Anyone know how to complain about 08702209322? They were abusive to my brother when he didn't respond to their sales pitch -he did not allow the to get started - and I'm unable to trace the company in order to complain.
BT declined to help because of 'data protection' issues.

This is part of a group of numbers issued to Opal Telecom, now part of the Carphone Warehouse. There are various 0800 numbers on the Opal contact page I've linked to for you to complain to.

If you're not registered with TPS, that's the next step & if you are, complaining to them about Opal Telecoms sales methods.

Talking to ICSTIS about the abusive sales staff would be a good idea after that.

Hope that all helps get rid of these people.

I'll raise a complaint with Opal. Brother has now registered on Telephone Preference Service.

I am registered with TPS and this company are trying to reach me, they're number is always on my missed calls list. Not actually spoke to them, does anyone know what they are trying to sell???

After looking at their website & with a small amount of guesswork, could I suggest it might be something to do with Telecoms.

Maybe Business Landline services, Mobile & Wireless, Telephone Systems or Data & Networks !?

If you're not a business or you're not interested, give them a call on 0800 0838000 or 0800 2986725 and waste their time & money telling them what to do with their service ! ::)

And while you're at it, what to do with their 0870 number they wanted you to reply on !! >:(

Also don't forget to advise them you'll be contacting the TPS and then do it !

I had this number 0871 6224898 on my mobile from 1:30pm today.
I never phone them back if i don't know the number, i usually google it and i find what i'm after. This time however i didn't and i managed to find your site. There's nothing on your site or anywhere else that i can find.

If anyone could help me that would be great. :)

08716 22 is a 10ppm number provided by Opal Telecom. I suggest that if you are getting lots of missed calls, you ring Opal Customer Services and tell them about it. Their number is 0800 298 6725 (taken from http://www.opaltelecom.co.uk/contactus/contact-numbers.htm).
