Hi all,

I'm currently part of the BBC iPlayer trial. They've just sent me an email with their customer support number - 08709 000 223. I guess it would be worth finding out a geographical number for this, as I would imagine (from my experience with the iPlayer) that it will be in much demand!

Anyone want to have a go?

OMG! First they tie you to Windows and now they charge you for support! Argh! >:(

Indeed. I'm generally really supportive of the BBC, but I think they've messed up here...

I'm really annoyed because I'd like to use iPlayer but I can't because I run Linux. And it doesn't really surprise me that the BBC is providing an 0870 number for support since they provide 0870 numbers for pretty much everything else...
