The calling-from-overseas equivalent of the 0845-010-9000 leads you eventually to a recorded message saying you have dialled incorrectly. Does anyone know the correct geographic number?

What geographic number is it? What do you mean that it "eventually leads you" to a message?

The number given to call from abroad is 02920 501 261. It takes you through a series of menu options, before finally telling you you have dialled incorrectly.

Have you tried withholding your number when dialling? Some of these automated service things disconnect you if they discover you are calling from within the UK.

Ditto jgxenite's comments about using 141.
Also, 02920 501 262 answers with the same recording as 261. |
