They are called userbars and they go in your signature on forums etc, the code for each image is under the image itself and you can use them anywhere as imageshack hosts them for free, which is nice aint it.

They're really cool :). My only thoughts would be to make the "Alternatives to.." a slightly darker colour - it is a bit difficult to see the text on your current banners.

No, the yellow background is fine. I meant the text saying "Alternatives listed..." - it is a bit difficult to read so either a different or darker colour for that text would be better in my opinion :).
