Thank you for the GoOutdoors number. It was a valid number but unfortunately as with lots of firms because I wanted to order from them I was only able to do that with the 0845 number!! I pay each month to have my 01/02 numbers free 24/7 and object to this but one cannot do anything about it and I needed to speak with a rep. so the web was not an option.

BT Directory Enquiries gives two numbers for CCC in S2. The first is the one quoted by Lompos (0114 272 9733) which is also given on the website as being for the Sheffield shop.

The second is 0114 276 8291 which might be worth a try.

Where do the internet orders come from? The returns page gives a Coventry address:
